Road and Mountain Biking
I’m now getting consistent reports that Post and Hospital are “perfect dirt”. If you head out today, be mindful of areas not under the canopy. Those locations were likely sub-freezing last night and may be freeze-thaw today. That’s a situation where the soil structure liquefies, leaving it susceptible to damage. If you encounter freeze-thaw, please turn around so you don’t undo the hard work of volunteer trail crews. Whoopdee was reported to me by the trail builder as freeze-thaw, so please don’t go there.
