Tuesday starts with east wind at 20-25 from Rooster to Stevenson. Afternoon wind drops to 10mph. Light wind east of Viento. Wednesday starts with E 5-10 from Rooster to Stevenson, quickly turns light and variable, and picks up to W 5 near Stevenson in the afternoon. Current forecast for Thursday is gusty W 22-25.
