Montira’s Thai

Yes, there’s Thai in The Dalles now, and it’s good. Montira’s is located on 2nd Street at the west end of the city center, at the intersection where 2nd goes from two-way to one-way.

Priced from $8-$16, the main dishes are both reasonable and yummy. Portions are modest, but you don’t really need a bath-sized bowl of curry, do you? As of 4/1, Montira’s didn’t have a liquor license, but that’s coming soon. In the meantime, enjoy a good addition to the Gorge ethnic dining scene. Reviews please?
