Dare I ask if there is anywhere to ride dirt motorcycles when the snow melts?

There are numerous places to xcountry ski. Would suggest the OR. Nordic Club to meet people and learn different routes suited to all abilities. http://www.onc.org/cgc/

I am soon relocating in Hood River (I hope) and want to try cross country skiing again if I am not to old and decrepit. I am 53 and haven’t gone for about 15 years but when I lived in MN 30 years ago it was my favorite sport.
Is there anywhere near HR where I can try it out on some easier terrain to see if I can get my legs back?
Also, I need to rent equipment.
